Responsibilities

• Define scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for program initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, and third-party impacts; develop roadmaps and governance.
• Communicate status and progress with concise presentations and data-driven insights.
• Drive change management and ensure governance across engineering lifecycle and processes.
• Mentor program team members to foster excellence and accountability.
