• B achelor’s degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (15) years or more of related experience. Masters and (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (10) years or more experience.

• Knowledgeable of effective workforce communications methods
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Excelling writing and editing skills
