Responsibilities

• Owns the day-to-day marketing and communications workflow, including intake, project setup, schedules, vendor assignments, approvals, production, publication, and follow-up.
• Collaborates with the CSMO to maintain the department editorial calendar, campaign calendar, project management system, asset library, and status reporting.
• Coordinates work with internal partners, external agencies, designers, web developers, photographers, videographers, printers, media partners, and other vendors.
• Ensures materials are accurate, accessible, audience-appropriate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule.
• Contributes recommendations, channel knowledge, performance insights, and execution considerations to annual and campaign strategy development, marketing plan & budget.
• Owns VMRC social media marketing, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, community management, and performance reporting.
• Owns email marketing and marketing automation, including audience segmentation, templates, forms, automated journeys, testing, deliverability, and conversion tracking.
• Oversees vendors and updates to website content, landing pages, campaign forms, and lead-generation touchpoints.
• Develops accessible press releases, media materials, blogs, event promotions with SEO best practices.
• Partners with sales and service-line leaders to improve campaign handoffs, lead capture, source attribution, and follow-up workflows.
• Assists with media requests and public relations activities as assigned.
• Owns internal communications planning, development, editing, scheduling, and distribution for employees and residents across channels.
• Builds and maintains campaign measurement plans, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Presents actionable reports to leadership with results, trends, and optimizations.
• Uses AI-assisted analysis to improve targeting, content, workflows, and efficiency.
