Hitachi Energy is seeking a Strategic Planning and Implementation Manager for North America Service in Raleigh, NC. Lead the strategic planning and execution, integrating regional and global inputs to drive measurable outcomes in service delivery and business performance.

You will establish governance, track milestones, manage risks, and develop executive dashboards while ensuring clear ownership across functions and regions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 10-15+ years in strategic planning, program/portfolio management, consulting, sales, or corporate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic planning and execution for the North America Service Unit.
• Integrate inputs into strategic priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Structure plans to support executable initiatives with ownership and milestones.
• Manage the implementation framework from approval through execution.
• Establish governance processes including risk and issue management.
