QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Public Relations Manager to lead public and analyst relations, enhancing the company’s brand and reputation. You will collaborate with marketing operations, public policy, and agencies to shape corporate messaging and respond to press inquiries.

You’ll manage media relations, develop proactive narratives, and supervise content across press releases, advisories, and statements. This role requires strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in public/media relations or community engagement.
• Strong writing and speaking skills with AP style proficiency.
• Ability to manage media inquiries and craft compelling public content.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven public relations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and oversee PR content across press releases, advisories, and website updates.
• Proactively develop narratives and proof points for national and community audiences.
• Drive go-to-market plans and earned/paid media for data center rollouts in the US and Europe.
• Manage analyst relations by providing information to industry analysts and external partners.
• Serve as the media liaison for interviews, events, and press inquiries.
• Oversee nationwide media relations and respond to reporters and journalists.
• Support recruitment and employer brand campaigns and executive communications.
• Develop crisis communications plans and provide strategic counsel on responses.
