Owens Corning is seeking a Business Communications Leader to align communications with business objectives and growth priorities. You will partner with executive leadership to translate complex strategies into compelling narratives that drive engagement and strengthen market positioning.

You will lead internal and external communications to enhance Owens Corning’s reputation, engage employees, and ensure consistent messaging across global stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive communications experience, including supporting senior executives.
• Experience developing strategies that influence organizational outcomes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic messaging.
