Novolex is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to partner with senior leaders and drive executive, employee, and enterprise communications that support business priorities and strengthen the company's reputation.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer with experience supporting executives, managing complex issues, and leading cross-functional initiatives, translating business strategy into clear messaging in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of corporate/executive communications experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience crafting strategies for senior leaders and complex initiatives.
• Experience handling sensitive issues or crisis communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on priorities and reputation.
• Draft executive speeches, talking points, and leadership communications.
• Develop messaging plans for enterprise initiatives and transformations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other teams.
• Ensure clear, consistent, accurate messaging aligned with values.
