Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, employee communications, corporate communications, manufacturing communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans and communication programs.
• Experience supporting leaders through change initiatives, operational communications, or workforce communications.
• Strong writing, storytelling, presentation development, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans that support operational objectives, business transformations, leadership communication, organizational change, workforce alignment, and crisis preparedness.
• Partner with plant leadership, HR, Operations, Safety, Legal, Community Relations, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, relevant information for employees.
• Create leadership messages and materials to translate priorities into clear communication for employees.
• Support crisis preparedness activities and post-incident communications improvements.
• Develop employee-facing content and storytelling to reinforce business priorities and goals.
