The role involves developing strategic narratives, interfacing with stakeholders, and coordinating staffing materials across organizational levels. Qualified candidates will hold a Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 10+ years of relevant experience in policy, analysis, or personnel administration.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree mandatory with 10+ years in office administration, personnel, policy, or analysis.
• Experience interfacing with senior executives and multiple organizational levels.
• Strong written and oral communication, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proven ability to manage workload, track due dates, and support personnel processes.
• Experience with Enterprise Task Management Software like ETMS2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks, maintain records, schedules, and personnel files.
• Manage staff actions for the supported office using ETMS2.
• Generate metrics and reports on action status and deadlines for leadership.
• Draft staffing materials for senior management review and coordination.
• Develop standard operating procedures and facilitate user requirements.
• Draft internal and external correspondence and manage records and staffing materials.
• Make recommendations and brief senior leaders on analysis of complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill mission requirements.
