Job summary

Dynamic Integrated Services seeks a Senior Communications Management Lead to oversee enterprise-wide communications for the EHRM-IO initiative at the VA. This is a senior, enterprise-facing leadership role guiding the operational management of the communications portfolio, coordinating across workstreams, and ensuring outputs are compliant and aligned to VA and VHA priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field.
• 10+ years of professional communications experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Direct experience supporting EHR or EHRM initiatives.
• Direct experience working with VA or the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must have legal right to work in the US; sponsorship not available.
• Preference given to qualified Veteran candidates.
• Prior experience at a federal government contractor, consulting firm, or PR/marketing agency supporting VA or federal health agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a co-lead for EHRM-IO communications across active workstreams and align with VA and VHA priorities.
• Own operations management for EHRM-IO communications, including reporting cadence and cross-team coordination.
• Advise senior government stakeholders on communications strategy for national scale.
• Identify risks to campaign execution and drive resolution before delivery.
• Manage full lifecycle of EHRM-IO communications products across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and government points of contact to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Enforce quality standards and editorial consistency across all EHRM-IO communications products.
• Develop and oversee execution of strategic communications plans; guide materials and branding alignment.
• Direct research and data analysis to inform strategy and measure effectiveness.
• Lead internal team and client meetings as primary operations contact.
