Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 10 years of IT-related project management experience.
• Experience leading communications or change-focused workstreams in health IT programs.
• Knowledge of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Communications Lead to plan, coordinate, and manage the communications workstream, including scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage IT/informatics projects using established life cycle methodologies; track cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to communications and change-support activities; elevate issues with proposed resolutions.
• Direct and quality-review the work of communications and technical writing staff.
• Coordinate with change management, training, and informatics teams to align messaging with workflow and system changes.
• Apply SAFe Lean-Agile principles to drive value and sustain organizational change through high-performing Agile teams.
• Prepare project inputs for weekly task reports, budget trackers, and monthly progress reports.
