Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Five+ years of professional journalism or communications experience.
• Experience in project team leadership.
• Energy industry experience preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate across internal pillars and teams to create cohesive plans for campaigns.
• Develop outcome-based plans for employee communications campaigns.
• Craft messaging and campaigns across various media platforms.
• Develop content for coworker communications and presentations as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders; provide counsel to support business goals.
• Provide counsel to leadership to ensure messaging is consistent.
• Collaborate with Ameren Communications to execute plans.
• Identify content gaps and provide strategic solutions.
• Monitor and analyze communications performance and adapt strategies.
• Stay abreast of developments and implement best practices for content and channel optimization.
