Will advise mid‑sized and large companies in every industry on both projects and long‑term programs. In addition to investor relations, the Director will manage communications around financial transactions, shareholder activism and crisis situations. The Director will also help manage a team and cultivate new relationships for the firm.

Qualifications

3‑5+ years in Investor Relations, Equity Research or as an IB Analyst.

Must be well versed in finance and either have experience or a strong interest in communications work.
