Job summary

CNA Corporation is offering a paid Summer 2027 Business Operations Internship in the Strategic Initiatives / Communications team in Arlington, VA, near Washington, DC, to support campaigns, events, business development, and CNA.org content.

Ideal candidates are juniors or recent graduates with strong written and oral communication, basic event planning experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, willing to work in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be in junior or final year of bachelor's degree or recently graduated.
• Experience with event planning or communications is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Support internal stakeholders with campaigns.
• Assist with planning and executing in-person and hybrid events, including invitations and RSVP tracking.
• Prepare marketing materials and slide decks for meetings with external stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support (notetaking, trackers, communications).
• Write articles for the CNA internal newsletter.
• Collaborate with researchers to maintain the CNA.org website.
• Help organize communications content.
