Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, management or related field.
• Progressively responsible administrative or secretarial support experience with substantial public contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop newsletters and communications plans with budgets.
• Coordinate events, including agency-wide and press events.
• Maintain awareness of traditional and social media to promote RRHA messaging.
• Create and implement external communications plans for residents and partners.
• Liaise with RRHA divisions for event coordination and execution.
