Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and shape strategic communications across the Americas. You will drive planning, content development, brand awareness, employee engagement, and event-related activities using AI-enabled tools.

You will coordinate with senior leadership, manage timelines and resources, measure impact, and influence stakeholders to advance business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more communications processes, with focus on quality and risk management.

• Guide colleagues with deep expertise and interpret issues to recommend solutions.
• Meet local performance objectives in client service, quality, risk management and growth.
• Collaborate with Communications Leader to plan and execute strategic objectives and communications.
• Create and manage scope and schedule for moderate to complex projects; allocate resources.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and media; craft strategic, targeted communications for leadership.
