This role is responsible for building and implementing cross-service line and cross-sector strategies to enhance eminence and drive permission in the market across a strategic portfolio of integrated solutions.

In a highly agile fashion, this marketing manager will develop collaborative relationships across the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) organization as well as with subject matter experts and relevant client-serving professionals. This individual will lead bespoke, integrated awareness and demand generation campaigns which build the EY brand, advance the commercial value of our alliance relationships, and ensure synergistic alignment between global and US activities across service lines, sectors, g2m teams and other BMC programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote select partnership solutions. Tactics include digital paid campaigns, webcasts, video, thought leadership, content marketing, SEM, SEO, events, presentations, email campaigns, internal newsletters, among others.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including onsite filming logistics, vendor and agency coordination, content development, review and approval of edits, and delivery of high‑quality video assets aligned to Americas Alliances priorities.
  • Innovative, creative thinking to bring pragmatic, collaborative and consultative perspective to evolving business needs.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills that integrate across sectors, service lines, regions and other BMC programs to ensure successful delivery and high impact in the market. Adept at providing direction, guidance and mentorship for team members managing key programs and deliverables.
Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Work with senior leaders to develop plans to effectively communicate strategic objectives and initiatives as aligned to broader firm goals and priorities.
  • Create, develop and manage project scope and schedule for post-campaign reporting to drive data-based insights and optimize ongoing decision making.
Knowledge and skill requirements
  • Broad experience across marketing disciplines including digital assets, social, demand generation, thought leadership, multimedia development, content marketing strategy, event and sponsorship activation and cross-channel program management.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence.

  • Thorough knowledge of digital content development and engagement principles across the sales funnel including comprehensive understanding of channel and tactic best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a proficiency in converting complex technical concepts into compelling market messages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
