Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, plus 12+ years in corporate communications or marketing communications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen Benesch's reputation and market position within the AEC industry and communities served.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic communications and stand as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the strategy, development, and governance of the company website and digital channels.
• Mentor the communications team and coordinate with marketing managers and external partners.
