The role oversees digital channels, thought leadership, and external engagement, with a hybrid work model and potential remote arrangements for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills, with ability to translate complex topics into clear communications.
• Experience advising executive leadership and senior business leaders on strategic communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated, company-wide communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen reputation, visibility, and market position within the industry.
• Lead the communications team and partner with internal stakeholders on initiatives, culture, and employee programs.
• Lead media relations and build relationships with industry publications and external outlets.
• Oversee website content, digital channels, and social media strategy to drive engagement.
