PDS Health seeks a Dir, Strategic Communications to lead corporate communications and public relations strategy. Reporting to the Chief Enterprise Strategy Officer, you will elevate the brand and position leadership as the trusted voice in dental and broader healthcare, advancing Mouth-Body Connection initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years in corporate/strategic communications at director level or above.
• Proven track record in media relations and crisis communications for large, multi-location org.
• Experience advising C-suite on strategy, positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated corporate communications and PR strategy to support growth objectives.
• Serve as primary communications strategist for media relations with broad audiences.
• Draft executive communications including speeches, op-eds, and thought leadership.
• Lead reputation management and collaborate with Legal, People, and Compliance on crises.
• Create messaging frameworks for partnerships, market expansion, and enterprise initiatives.
• Own brand voice across press, website, social channels and external materials.
• Manage PR agencies, media vendors, and communications budgets.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and internal teams to align messaging.
• Establish KPIs and report on communications effectiveness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing strategic communications team.
