Qualifications

• At least eight years of progressively responsible communications experience.
• Experience developing integrated communications strategies that advance organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee an integrated communications strategy, editorial calendar, channel strategy, and cross‑functional processes.
• Maintain distinct communications voices for two organizations while aligning storytelling where appropriate.
• Lead external messaging, branding, and audience engagement across channels.
• Partner with program and development staff to embed communications into programs, events, and partnerships.
• Provide guidance on written, visual, and multimedia content to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Oversee media relations, crisis communications, and rapid-response planning.
