Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a Director of Commercial & Wealth Communications to lead the external positioning and internal communications for our U.S. Commercial Bank, with cross-over to our Wealth business.

You will manage a team and partner with vendors to deliver high-impact communications that align with our standards and values. The role requires leading senior leaders, shaping strategy, and collaborating across functions to support growth and reputation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of integrated communications experience.
• Experience leading senior leaders and diverse teams.
• Ability to distill technical information into key messages.

Responsibilities

• Develop an external positioning platform for BMO’s U.S. Commercial Bank with crossover to Wealth.
• Lead a team of professionals and vendors to execute internal and external communications.
• Provide strategic external counsel to senior leadership and align with regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate across communications, media relations, marketing and business partners to achieve positioning goals.
