Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Integrated communications experience required.
• Marketing experience in a B2B environment a plus.
• Ability to distill technical and complex information into key messages.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and coaching senior leaders.
• Expert-level writing and editing skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills, expert level.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills at an expert level.
• Cross-group collaboration and influencing skills.
• MBA or related degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop an external positioning platform for BMO’s Commercial Bank with crossover to Wealth.
• Lead a team of professionals and vendors to execute communication plans and internal programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, secure approvals, and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide strategic external counsel to senior leadership and measure impact with analytics.
