Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist (Creative Design) to join our Corporate Communications Team in a hybrid arrangement, ideally near one of our offices in Dallas, Tampa, Orlando, Raleigh, Charlotte, or Knoxville.

You will develop and execute internal and external communications, manage editorial calendars, and collaborate with designers to deliver on-brand content across channels. Excellent writing, design and storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, PR, marketing, journalism or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate communications, PR or digital media; experience in AEC a plus.
• Strong writing/editing for multiple audiences and channels.
• Experience with website-first or digital-first content development.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through execution with timelines and contributors.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and initiative.
• Basic design and video skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops internal communications including announcements, newsletters and employee features.
• Creates external content like website features and brand-building materials.
• Writes and edits content for website, intranet, social media and email campaigns.
• Supports a website-first content approach with regular updates and analytics.
• Manages communications projects and timelines across channels.
• Maintains editorial calendars across platforms and ensures timely delivery.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to produce employee spotlights and project stories.
• Contributes to visual concepts and provides basic graphic design support for social media and presentations.
• Assists with video content creation and editing for internal and external channels.
• Helps maintain Ardurra's brand identity across materials.
• Monitors industry trends and AI-enabled tools to improve content development.
