Job summary

GN Hearing / ReSound in Minnesota is seeking a Communications Specialist to actively create and curate content that supports business objectives, culture and brand reputation across internal and external audiences.

You will manage an internal news bureau, coordinate employee communications, develop a content calendar, and collaborate with brand marketing to align messages for hearing care professionals, patients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role
• Excellent writing and editing skills for internal and customer-facing channels
• Experience creating short-form video content is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage an internal news bureau to develop or adapt content for diverse audiences
• Coordinate employee communications activities across Shakopee, US and global teams
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to pillars and campaigns
• Coordinate communications for GN/ReSound customers with brand marketing
• Review and improve communication processes and tools
