Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest seeks a Strategic Communications Generalist to lead initiatives advancing the organization's priorities and mission across internal and external audiences. You will work across communications functions and partner with leaders to deliver coordinated strategies and a unified voice.

You will connect initiatives across teams, manage cross-functional projects, and strengthen LifeCenter's reputation through proactive messaging, audience engagement, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Experience with healthcare or nonprofit marketing and communications preferred.
• Nonprofit organization and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable medical or religious exemption will be required as a condition of employment upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements integrated communications plans across internal and external audiences.
• Partner with leaders to identify communication opportunities and risks and advise messaging.
• Coordinates cross-functional communications to ensure alignment.
• Maintains LifeCenter's reputation through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Supports internal communications with timely, accurate information.
