Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest seeks a Strategic Communications Generalist to lead integrated communications across internal and external audiences in Bellevue, WA. You will craft messaging, manage content across channels, and align initiatives with LifeCenter's mission and priorities.

The role requires exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and at least 8 years in healthcare or nonprofit communications, with cross-functional collaboration across leaders and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Healthcare/nonprofit marketing and communications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads strategic communications initiatives across internal and external audiences.
• Creates and manages content across digital, print, social media, email, and video.
• Partners with organizational leaders to identify messaging opportunities and risks.
• Supports internal communications and cross-functional alignment.
• Evaluates communications impact using metrics and stakeholder feedback.
