Job summary

TVT Community Day School seeks a Director of Advancement to lead fundraising and donor engagement starting July 1, 2027. The senior fundraising leader will grow philanthropic support through campaigns, major gifts, annual fund, and donor engagement, partnering with school leadership and board committees to sustain long-term financial strength.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of progressive advancement experience with success in cultivating, soliciting, and closing significant gifts.
Experience managing major-gift portfolios and advancing prospects through moves management.
Ability to lead and develop advancement staff and collaborate with senior leaders and volunteers.
Strong fundraising strategy, data, and CRM usage to forecast results and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead major gifts program with a portfolio of high-capacity donors and solicit five- and six-figure commitments.
Plan and execute capital and endowment campaigns with clear timelines and materials.
Drive the annual fund, donor engagement, and community partnerships for sustainable growth.
Oversee stewardship, recognition, and impact reporting to strengthen donor relationships.
Provide accurate fundraising forecasting and reporting to leadership and board.
