Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Communications Manager, Consumer Wireless to lead PR strategy and campaigns for our core wireless plans, delivering bold storytelling that reinforces leadership in wireless.

The role requires a strategic communications leader with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and executive-level influence. The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office, potentially located in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or PR required.
• 4–7 years' experience in communications and media strategy at a PR/marketing agency or fast-paced corporate comms/PR team.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to craft compelling stories for consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy and execution for core wireless plan, benefits and differentiators.
• Create bold storytelling ideas and earned media strategies to drive coverage.
• Lead launches and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results.
• Partner with business, marketing, partner and brand teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders with strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to a variety of projects in coordination with agency resources.
