Job summary

The Sr. Comms Manager, Consumer Wireless at T-Mobile USA, Inc. will lead the PR strategy and build campaigns for our core wireless plans, bringing our value proposition to life through bold storytelling.

This is a strategic communications leadership role that partners with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact earned media and launches. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and may be located in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in communications and media strategy.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of what makes news and how to manufacture coverage.
• Ability to partner across the company with different teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience developing earned media campaigns for consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications strategy for core wireless plan and differentiators.
• Create bold storytelling ideas and earned media strategies.
• Lead launches and cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Partner with business, marketing, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Advise senior leaders with strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and partners.
• Pinch hit on a wide variety of projects with agency resources.
