Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Manager, Procurement for the Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Procurement Team within Operations and Supply Chain. You will oversee complex product purchases, manage SOWs, and engage with Raytheon and supplier leadership to resolve issues and align on priorities.

In this role you will drive supplier relations, oversee contract performance, and coordinate with internal teams to support current and future programs.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred for related field.
• U.S. Person status or export authorization eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an execution and delivery schedule with the supplier.
• Communicate status and issues at Raytheon and supplier levels.
• Drive closure of actions owned by Raytheon by aligning priorities.
• Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to improve performance.
• Attend internal/external meetings via Zoom; travel ~10–20%.
