RTX Corporation is seeking a senior sourcing leader for the Enterprise Services Strategy and Transformation Team in the US. You will drive HR category strategy, lead end-to-end procurement, and translate supplier knowledge into actionable negotiations to meet technical, financial, and performance goals.

You will coordinate global supplier relationships, manage recruitment/learning and development vendors, and ensure compliance across labor laws and privacy regulations while partnering with HR

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, licensing/asset management, risk management, and requirement change management.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing vendors.

Responsabilités

• Drives contract requirements and negotiations for HR categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with strategic priorities.
• Leads end-to-end sourcing activities: requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation and management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Manages partnerships with recruitment agencies/headhunters for global talent acquisition needs.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for learning and development programs and e-learning platforms.
• Oversee supplier relationships for benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
• Coordinate relocation and mobility services contracts, including providers of immigration and expatriate services.
• Create and execute category strategies balancing cost, compliance, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and privacy regulations; collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Coordinate across time zones to support regional HR operations; drive vendor consolidation for contract savings.
• Facilitate supplier performance reviews, benchmarks, and reporting; build partnerships with legal, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level analyses and presentations; track trends and changes in the market.
