Job summary

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an Operations Compliance/Procurement Manager in East Hartford, CT. The role leads aftermarket compliance for direct/indirect materials and engine center procurement, and audits procurement activity across units with ITC adherence support.

You will serve as SME in Repair Purchasing, lead SAP P10 and Ariba activities, and act as Local Ethics & Compliance Manager, fostering integrity in the Aftermarket Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in Supply Chain or Ethics & Compliance.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years in Supply Chain or Ethics & Compliance.
• Experience with SAP for PO review, approval and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aftermarket compliance for direct/indirect material and engine center procurement.
• Audit and measure procurement activity; drive ITC adherence and change initiatives.
• Maintain purchasing manuals, standard work, and desktop instructions.
• Lead SAP P10 and Ariba activities; support S/4 HANA implementation.
