Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead the Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) Procurement team within Operations and Supply Chain. You will oversee complex product PO administration, SOWs, and supplier relationships while aligning with Raytheon priorities.

The role requires a university degree or advanced degree with extensive procurement experience, and the ability to travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute the IOT procurement strategy for multiple complex products and SOWs.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders; oversee PO administration and escalation.
• Build relationships with supplier counterparts and executives to align with Raytheon priorities.
• Communicate status, risks, and actions at various organizational levels.
• Travel domestically as required (25–50%); coordinate with IOT partners and leadership.
