Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in procurement, sourcing, commodity management, or related functions within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Source materials and services through competitive bidding, negotiations, and supplier collaboration.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, and service levels.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risks to identify opportunities.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive corrective action plans.
• Identify cost reduction and value-improvement initiatives.
• Support continuity through risk management and supplier development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs.
