Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years in Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with supply chain concepts and methodologies in manufacturing preferred.
• MBA and CPSM are advantageous.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all strategic sourcing initiatives for the assigned commodities.
• Analyze commodity spend management opportunities and deploy strategic plans.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business initiatives and Supply Chain's role.
• Accountable for managing critical supplier agreements including new sources and renewals.
• Negotiate high-level complex contracts delivering world-class results.
• Develop partnerships with key suppliers to achieve desired results.
• Conduct research to understand the supply market and trends.
• Drive savings and performance improvements through strategic plans.
• Assess risk, manage supply continuity, and develop contingency plans.
