Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of sourcing and supply chain experience in manufacturing.
- Experience sourcing electrical or electromechanical components.
- Knowledge of electrical component markets, cost drivers, lead times.
- Ability to use cost modeling and market analysis to support total-cost decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electrical and electromechanical components.
- Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
- Provide visibility into risks, cost drivers, and supplier constraints to leadership.
