Job summary

You will partner with business leaders, lead annual sourcing plans, negotiate master agreements, and drive continuous improvement to secure reliable supply across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Strong communication skills across functions and with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; capable of data/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for assigned commodities (copper, aluminum, hardware, interlocks, C-parts).
• Lead commodity planning activities including annual sourcing plans and negotiation roadmaps.
• Negotiate master procurement agreements, pricing, terms, and supplier commitments.
• Use market intelligence and sourcing tools to drive cost productivity and income.
