Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop commodity strategies for cost improvements and reduced lead times.
• Coordinate with purchasing and materials managers to align goals and mitigate risk.
• Develop market insights and set commodity strategies including annual cost-down plans with suppliers.
• Lead internal management groups to support long-term commodity needs.
• Administer supplier audits, site reviews, and manage supply breakdowns per agreements.
• Utilize data analysis to support data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Form regional strategy with engineering, Lifecycle, and procurement for make-to-print and off-the-shelf items.
• Develop and execute source selection tools focused on price, supplier location, and capability.
