Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Commission Manager to lead end-to-end administration, calculation, validation, and reporting of the company’s sales commission programs. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and partners with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, Sales Operations, and Leadership to optimize plans and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience administering sales commissions.
• Two or more years of experience leading complex commission processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer multiple commission plans across residential, door-to-door, inside sales, commercial, enterprise, account management, and sales leadership teams.
• Prepare commission expense forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting.
• Lead commission processing, audits, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR, and Sales to optimize plans and processes.
