Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Manager, Direct Sales to lead and motivate a team of Direct Sales Representatives aimed at expanding customer base and revenue. You will recruit, coach, and manage performance while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive market penetration and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a minimum five years in direct sales with leadership experience, and familiarity with telecom or subscription-based sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of direct sales experience.
• Two years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience leading field or door-to-door sales teams.
• Telecommunications/subscription sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and market penetration goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Monitor sales performance with field ride-alongs, coaching, and one-on-one meetings; provide timely feedback.
• Foster positive customer relationships and represent Ezee Fiber in communities served.
