Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to lead the Sales Support team. You will ensure timely onboarding, accurate order processing, and reliable data across CRM systems while coordinating with internal teams and BPO partners to support a fast-paced FTTH sales organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with process improvement, CRM proficiency, and analytical skills to drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, or operations.
• 4+ years in sales support, sales operations, or related function.
• Experience supporting high-volume sales teams in telecom/broadband environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Support team through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily support activities for internal sales teams and BPO partners.
• Ensure accurate processing of sales orders and up-to-date customer data in CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding support for new sales reps and contractors.
• Manage sales documentation and SOPs to maintain data integrity.
• Produce and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
