Job summary

Campbell's in New Jersey is hiring a Commercialization Manager who will lead highly complex Big Bet projects, guide cross-functional teams, and drive portfolio governance across categories, reporting to the Senior Manager for your category.

You will manage CPLs, influence strategic plans for Supply Chain and Business, and apply advanced business and financial acumen to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Technical or Project Management concentration preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience in project management, product commercialization and/or CPg manufacturing/supply chain.
• Proficient/advanced business and financial acumen.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage highly complex projects focusing on Big Bet and drive cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio Governance Leadership: Lead Category Portfolio Management Reviews and gate reviews to align with goals.
• Business and Financial Acumen: Apply financial insight to drive results in PMR and prioritization forums.
• Leadership/Influence: Drive commercialization transformation and communicate with senior leaders to improve delivery.
• Team Management: Guide CPLs and Senior CPLs to achieve project success.
• Strategic Thinking: Influence portfolio strategy and trade-offs for better outcomes.
• Strategic Plan Contribution: Contribute to strategic plans for Supply Chain and Business.
• Interdependency Mitigation: Identify and mitigate interdependencies for smooth execution.
• Commercialization Expertise: Apply advanced business and financial acumen in PMR discussions.
