Campbell's is seeking a Category Commercial Leader to own the go-to-market strategy and business performance for an assigned category. You will align brand strategy with retailer needs and shopper insights to drive sustainable growth and market share gains.

You will influence cross-functional teams and partner closely with customer-facing organizations to translate category priorities into winning commercial outcomes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in CPG sales, customer strategy & planning, brand management, category management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CPG commercial drivers including pricing, trade investment, and revenue growth management.
• Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies and commercial plans.
• Proficiency with syndicated data platforms (Circana, NielsenIQ) and retailer POS data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead annual and long-range category go-to-market strategies including assortment, pricing, promotion, and pack architecture.
• Deliver category Net Sales, Gross Profit, and market share objectives.
• Lead category inputs into S&OP/IBP processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
