Campbell's is seeking a Commercialization Manager in the United States (New Jersey) to lead highly complex projects across categories, coach cross-functional teams and drive portfolio governance.

You will work with senior leaders, manage CPLs, shape strategic plans for Supply Chain and Business, and ensure timely delivery of Big Bet initiatives. Compensation includes base salary shown and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Supply Chain, Technical or PM concentration preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, product commercialization or CPG manufacturing/supply chain.
• Strong business and financial acumen and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex projects with Big Bet initiatives and coach cross-functional teams.
• Manage Category Portfolio Reviews, Gate reviews and prioritization to align with goals.
• Apply business and financial acumen to drive PMR outcomes and decisions.
• Influence leadership through effective communication and risk assessments.
• Manage a team of CPLs and Senior CPLs to deliver project results.
• Drive strategic portfolio thinking and interdependencies mitigation.
• Contribute to strategic plans for Supply Chain and business areas.
• Act as commercialization expert to drive trade-offs and PMR discussions.
