The role requires 5+ years in Commercial Credit, a Finance or Business degree, and strong communication skills. Local market familiarity and NCino experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of financial accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required.
• 5+ years of Commercial Credit experience.
• 2+ years in Commercial Underwriter role.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate credit underwriting for Special Assets portfolio.
• Spread financial statements and calculate DSCR/FCR per guidelines.
• Assess cash flow, liquidity, profitability, and leverage to gauge risk.
• Prepare CCAR memos with borrower strengths and weaknesses.
• Evaluate collateral and industry data for credit readiness.
• Assist with portfolio reviews, covenant testing, and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of loan policy and nCino systems.
• Support workout process and client meetings as needed.
