Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of tire sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to meet targets. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR record.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
