Border Tire in Paramount, CA is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Tire Salesperson to drive growth in the California market. You will develop sales strategies, manage accounts, and advise clients on the best tire solutions while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market insight, and a proven sales track record. Expect a base salary with commissions, full-time hours, and a supportive team environment in a leading Michelin Commercial Service Network

Qualifications

• Two-three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and clean MVR record.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company\'s liability insurance policy.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Phenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers.
• Financial skills: sales-driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
