Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or related industry.
• Proven leadership in service operations and staff management.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and growth of the commercial roofing service department.
• Oversee service sales, field operations, scheduling, and department admin.
• Develop forecasts, reports, and KPI metrics for performance.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality across service projects.
• Manage billing, collections, and customer communications.
• Hire and develop service staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Service Superintendent on project management and crews.
