Job summary

Christianson Roofing in Riverside, CA is hiring a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead our service department, drive service sales, and supervise field operations. You will manage customer relationships, scheduling, and department profitability while expanding opportunities for reroofing projects.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who builds strong customer relationships, supports field teams, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing service operations, field personnel, and office staff.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of financial statements, budgets, KPIs, and department profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business, estimate work, close sales opportunities, and grow customer accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repair methods, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maximize department financial performance; monitor P&L and KPIs.
• Provide forecasts and reports; manage service department budgeting.
• Lead service team; ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee service scheduling, labor, material, and equipment resources.
• Manage billing and collection; assist with past-due accounts.
